Step #1: Call & make an appointment
Please call (519) 701 - 3666 to make an appointment with one of our sales specialists to visit our showroom at 80 Capulet Lane in London. For your convenience, we offer services in two languages (English, Mandarin Chinese). Our representatives will assist you in finding the perfect furniture and/or mattresses that suit your lifestyle and your needs.
Step #2: We will deliver your purchase
After the purchase, the sales specialist will schedule the delivery of your product to your most convenient location. We provide same-day, free local deliveries when the inventory is available. A fee of $30+ will be charged for delivery outside of London. Due to our desire to provide more reasonable prices for our customers, it is the customer’s responsibility to carry products inside; a fee of $20 for labor will be charged for additional carrying services.
Step #3: We assemble your purchase
With a total purchase price of $1,000 or above, the assembly fee will be waived. Otherwise, an additional assembly fee would be applied. The fee will vary depending on individual items.
